When you are ready you will be referred to one of our sales associates who will assist you in your home search.

Our Relocation Counselor will also be able to refer you to a mortgage loan counselor at our mortgage company, Success Mortgage. As the market in Southern California is so different than many other areas of the country, a Success Mortgage loan counselor can explain to you the various loan programs that are available.

Moving FROM the Southern California area

Century 21 Success can also assist you when you leave Southern California by referring you to a real estate company and agent in your destination location. Give one of our Relocation Counselors a call and let them know where you will be moving, the type of property desired, your housing needs and requirements, and we will place the referral for you. You will be contacted by a relocation professional in your new location. There is no cost or obligation for this service but we hope you would be so pleased with the referral that you would purchase through that agent and company.
